The incompetence of the BOP is on full view during the COVID-19 crisis. I have been reading through the emails I sent from prison. I assure you BOP incompetence is nothing new.

The faulty fire alarms, mentioned briefly in this piece, went off multiple times a day for months. They caused seizures in dozens of women, sometimes multiple times a day. When I asked why the fire alarms caused them seizures, the most common response was because they had a traumatic brain injury as a result of violence.
